I Battled the elements

Fighting the elements can be fun if you are a photographer.  The weather does not always provide a bright sunny beautiful day to take photos but if you are willing to take your camera and get out there it will all be worth getting a little wet, and cold. Today in Maine it was one of those gray, cold, rainy days. The kind of day that I would call a curl up on the couch Life Time Movie day, for most people, however, I have always marched to a different drum and today was no different. I took my camera and drove to find something that would pull me to it, saying take a photo of me. And not being the most likely place to photograph I pulled into Laurel Hill Cemetery and drove to the back where the Daffodils are planted and in bloom. This is the time to experiment with my camera and techniques.  See what I did in the rain. I hope you enjoy the photos.

  1. How many times have you heard your mother tell you to come in out of the rain? I could hear my mother telling me to come in yesterday but I had to stay outside and take some photos. The rain is an awesome experience to use for photography. Enjoy my rainy, cold evening.
